My Imaginisce Prize!

About a month ago, I won the November Imaginisce Sketch Challenge with this layout. My prize finally came yesterday! (To be completely fair to Imaginisce, FedEx held my box hostage for nearly a week for reasons unknown!) I had requested an i-Top package for my prize and boy was it packed with i-Top goodies! I can't wait to start making my own custom brads, badges, magnets and buttons!!! Thank you Imaginisce!!!

American Crafts Blog Challenge- Holiday Gift

This weeks challenge was to create a simple and fun holiday gift using 3 or more American Crafts products. I had started this hair clip holder for my daughter, but it still needed to be embellished. So I stacked together some Prima flowers from my stash and gave them each an American Crafts Dear Lizzy Enchanted Fabric Brad center. The letters are American Crafts Giggles Thickers. I used a lot of American Crafts ribbon on this project. The pale pink ribbon on the holder is American Crafts and the ribbons on the hair clips are also American Crafts. The hair clips are just a small example of all the hair accessories I had already made to go with this. TFL!

Basic Grey Curio Altered Birdhouse

Just a simple altered birdhouse for a Christmas gift for my Mom. She decorates with birds and birdhouses, so I didn't do a Christmas one for her. Basic Grey Curio was the perfect colors to match her decor. All PPs and chipboard stickers are Curio, pearls are Recollections, Cricut cuts were made with Storybook and Joys of the Season. Punched strips were made with a Martha Stewart border punch. TFL!

A Plethora of Homemade Hair Pretties!

How's that for a title? ;) The past week or so, I have been busy making hair clips and headbands for my daughter and 3 nieces. I used scrappy supplies from a lot of different manufacturers and used up lots of stash!
Made with Imaginisce Cottage Christmas flowers and Daisy D's jewels.
Made with American Crafts ribbon and blinged out with my Imaginisce i-Rock and jewels!
Made with American Crafts ribbon using this tutorial!

More American Crafts ribbon made into korker bows and attached to thin headbands instead of barrettes.

This mix is for my oldest niece. Korker bows made with American Crafts and Offray ribbon, flower clips made using Bo Bunny, Petaloo, Creative Imaginations and Daisy D's flowers and Karen Foster jewel brads. Ribbon barrettes made with American Crafts ribbon and blinged with Imaginisce i-Rock and jewels.

These flower clips are to go on crocheted headwraps that I bought off of Etsy.com. They are for my two baby nieces. Flowers are Imaginisce, Bo Bunny, Heidi Swapp, Daisy D's, Creative Imaginations and Queen and Co. Jewel brads are Imaginisce and Karen Foster. TFL!

American Crafts Blog Challenge

This week, the challenge was to make a quick and easy Christmas card. Well, I'm not much of a cardmaker, but I can manage that! I adhered three different American Crafts ribbons onto some Core'dinations Ruby cardstock, made a quick rosette with some Christmas carol sheet music, topped it with an American Crafts Flair, then finished off the card with a foil Thickers accent! Easy peasy!

Echo Park Merry Christmas Altered Birdhouse

A Christmas gift for my sister! Wooden birdhouse was from Joann Fabrics. Cardinal is from Michaels. PPs and stickers are Echo Park Merry Christmas. Poinsettias and leaves are Making Memories Noel. I used white glitter glue and fine white glitter to create the snow effect on the roof. Punched trim was made using a Martha Stewart PATP set. Felt trim is also Martha Stewart. Red pearls are Kaisercraft. Sorry this is so brief, but I'm up to my eyeballs in other gift projects and don't really have time to do a detailed post! TFL!
