Christmas Joy Wreath

My last paper curl wreath of the year! For any new readers of my blog, here is a link to the tutorial I followed to make the wreath base. As with my other wreaths, I made my strips 1/2 inch wide instead of 1/4 inch. This wreath I used a 12 inch Styrofoam wreath for the base. All PPs are K&Co Yuletide. All cardstock is DCWV.
